Demense were appointed Mechanical contractor on the Ryanair Airside Green project in 2019 tocoordinate, supply and install the mechanical services. The Project comprised the full construction from green field to a complete CAT A&B fit out with 120,000ft lettable office floor space spread across 6 levels.
The full mechanical package included all landlord base-build services from AHU, ducting, condensers, gas installation, water services and water storage.
Through design coordination and procurement of plant on the project Demense provided a high level of expertise and experience lead by Fergal and his team. As in every project when issues in coordination arose Demense also offered exemplary assistance to resolve the issue at hand and retain commercial stance.
Demesne provided excellent site supervision throughout the project and kept a high safety standard for their works.
It was a pleasure working with Demense on the project as delivered on time and on budget, I highly recommend them, and I look forward to continuing works with Demense.
Following the positive experiences with working with Demense during the main project construction I am pleased to utilise their expertise again during the current project within the Airside building.
The works include the up-grade all Cat-A areas in the building, Demense have been appointed for the Design and Build package for both mechanical and electrical installations.
To date the project has progressed well both in design coordination and delivery and Demense
supervision continue to set a high standard of safety and quality of workmanship.
